Shipping Guide
Shipping usually takes 3-5 business business days to arrive at your home after placing the order. A representative will contact you to let you know of the arrival date within 24 hours after ordering.
Delivery methods
If your item and delivery address are eligible, you'll be able to pick from a range of special delivery options during checkout. Additional fees may apply based on your selection.
- Curbside Drop-Off ( Standard)
The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb, within the scheduled four-hour window. You may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from curbside to your house.
Please note that if no delivery options can be chosen at the checkout page, the
item(s) would be delivered curbside drop-off by default.
- Room of Choice Drop-Off
The carrier will deliver your package to a room (up or down up to two flights of stairs, up to 15 steps each) within your residence, also remove and dispose of all packaging and debris for you.
- White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery covers the delivery service from unloading the item(s) from the truck, the removal from curbside to the room you choose, the light assembly of the item(s), and the removal of the boxes and debris.
Tips for delivery service
1) Signatures are required for all the delivery methods,
2) For apartments and condos with a front desk, Doorway Drop-off and White Glove Delivery are also cover the delivery service all the way up to your apartment(s).
3) For all the delivery methods, please reach out to the local delivery agent directly if you need to reschedule the delivery time. Their contact information shows in the email together with your tracking information and delivery time window.
4) Once the item(s) is dispatched from the facility, a return request could be authorized for item(s) in a brand-new condition, but the additional delivery fee is not refundable.
Delivery Process for large items
1) Choose a delivery option for your item at the checkout. Available delivery methods/ arrival time vary by the item and the zip code, all available option(s) will be displayed at check-out.
2) You will receive a notification email with the tracking information once the items are shipped out from the warehouse.
3) You will receive a phone call from our delivery carrier to arrange a drop-off date and a four-hour window and White-Glove service if you have purchased for additional service. The appointment will be scheduled in prior 24-48 hours, and the White-Glove service only provides service for maximum 60 minutes.
4) Enjoy your new item! Please check the conditions and packaging of your items.
If you do not feel like keeping the item or the item got damaged when it arrives, please do NOT continue with the installation as it will affect the return. Please keep all the packaging materials and contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Once your order is placed, a representative will contact you to inform about the delivery.
If an item is in stock, it will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days.
Any items that are broken or defective when you open the packaging, needs to be reported within 24 hours with pictures to qualify for processing of replacement free of charge. Please do not assemble the product to qualify for an exchange.
Cancellations: cancellation of purchase must be made before it ships out of our supplier's warehouse. A full refund can be made if purchase is cancelled before it ships out. If purchased order is shipped out, customer needs to pay for restocking fee which is 25% of the purchase price. Please contact us for shipping status.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date of your purchase order. Returns must be not opened and in original packaging for resell as new to customers. Customer will be responsible for the fee of shipping back to the warehouse. A restocking fee of 25% of purchase price will be charged for returns.
Refunds are only allowed for "original packaging that are unopened". Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping fee back to our warehouse. There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase amount of the returned item/items that are eligible for returns.
*An inspection of the product will be done once it comes back to the warehouse to determine if the product is eligible for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for returns: original packaging that are unopened and are able to resell to another customer as new.
Exchanges is allowed for products that are unopened and in original packaging. Shipping fee needs to be paid for by customer and a restocking fee is 25% of the purchase price of the item if an exchange is approved.
Warranty: Warranty of our furniture and mattress is usually half a year to a year from purchase date with our manufacturer for defects, which doesn't include wear and tears.
